We work with companies, sole traders, shops, online sellers and individual buyers. If you have an intra-EU tax ID we issue an invoice with VAT charged or exempt depending on your case; if you do not have one, write to us and we will find the option that suits you best.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. The applicable tax is calculated at the time of invoicing according to the destination country and the buyer's tax status.
Each lot is unique and its availability is limited. Once sold it is not restocked, although we regularly publish similar lots. If this one is not right for you, tell us what you are looking for and we will let you know when something similar comes in.
- Order preparation: 48/72 hours from payment confirmation.
- Coverage: we ship across the whole European Union. Check terms for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- Warehouse pickup: available in Bilbao at no cost, by prior appointment.
- Format: the goods travel palletised and shrink-wrapped. The number of pallets is stated in each lot's manifest.
- Tracking: you will receive the tracking number by email as soon as the carrier collects the shipment.
The transport cost depends on the weight, volume and destination. It is calculated and confirmed before closing the deal.
- Return period: 15 calendar days from receipt of the goods.
- Condition: the lot must be returned complete and in the same condition and packaging in which it was delivered.
- Discrepancies with the manifest: if the contents do not match what was described, we take care of the issue and the return transport.
- Guaranteed payment: we operate with secure payment gateways and bank transfer. We do not store card details.
Clearance and liquidation lots are sold as-is, with the quality grade shown on the spec sheet. The grade is part of the product description and does not constitute a defect.
- Check the manifest. Ask for the full breakdown with references, quantities and grade before deciding.
- We confirm availability and transport. We give you a fixed shipping cost to your address.
- We formalise the order. We issue a proforma invoice with your verified details.
- Payment and dispatch. As soon as payment is confirmed we prepare the pallet within 48/72 hours.
- Who can buy a lot?

- Can I buy just part of the lot?
- In many lots, yes. Tell us what quantity you are interested in and we will confirm availability and price.
- What does grade A, B, C or D mean?
- Grade A is new, sealed product. Grade B is new product with damaged packaging or unused returns. Grade C is product showing signs of use or minor faults. Grade D is product for parts or recycling.
- Are the photos of the actual lot?
- Yes. We publish photos of the actual pallet and the specific goods you will receive, never generic catalogue images.
- Do the prices include VAT?
- No. All prices are shown excluding tax. VAT is applied on the invoice according to your tax status and destination country.
